Metro Chamber Of Commerce through its CDE will help the City of East St. Louis and the surrounding areas economic recovery by assisting them with their $30 Billion Dollar R.I.T.E. Plan Initiative a plan to deploy $30 Billion in municipal bonds over the next 10 years.

Welcome to the Metro Chamber of Commerce, where our mission is to empower small businesses by leveraging all available government programs and incentives. As a nonprofit organization, we are dedicated to helping businesses start up and expand, contributing to the economic vitality of our community.
Mission Statement:
Metro Chamber of Commerce’s primary goal is to create a first-class economy! Working with business owners and community partners, in the Greater East Louis, IL., and St. Louis, Mo., Metropolitan area.
We will assist developers to connect and coordinate various projects and take advantage of all incentives (e.g., New Market Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Housing Tax Credits and Energy Tax credits).
We will assist small businesses with start up and expansion plans with supportive services, like Engineering, Architecture, Environment testing phase I and II. We will continue to employ industry best practices that are currently in place.
